"I Want To Close Today!"

We are proud of our quick closings but sometimes, we amaze ourselves. Our "high-tech" and "high touch" service model made the following story a happy one.
A relocating employee frustrated by the service he was receiving from another mortgage company cancelled their FHA loan days before closing. On March 14, he applied with Premia Sr. Relocation Consultant Matt Hayes. The transferee wanted to close as soon as possible on a newly constructed home. Matt looked at the information and set closing for March 25.
On Friday, March 22 we assured the customer everything was set for a March 25 closing. Mid-day the transferee said, "I want to close today!" We called the closing agent and it was done by the end of business.
Here are the key items that made this happen:
  • Our DigitalMove platform allowed for documents to be e-signed, bank statements and income/employment to be verified and electronically attached to the loan file.
  • Our team transferred the FHA case number
  • Premia senior mortgage consultant, Matt Hayes contacted the builder and title office at the time of application.
Technology and talent saved this relocating employee valuable time. In the end, virtual high-fives were given between the agent, transferee and Premia Relocation Mortgage staff!
